The long-awaited summer has finally arrived. Holidays, basking in the sun, crystal clear water, cloudless sky and beach parties tempt you start packing right now. When it comes to beach essentials, do not panic if you are pressed for time. We bring you the latest summer trends straight from runways.

Swimwear

From animal prints to retro bottoms, you will enjoy this summer swimwear collections. Neoprene neon swimsuits definitely stand out as a must-have of the season. However, ethnic print bikinis are not far behind them. The black and white trend is mirrored onto swimwear as well and monochromatic black and white swimsuits are one of the major hits on runways. Cut-out details are everywhere this season, be it the Mikoh’s gorgeous turquoise one-piece bathing suits or the Monica Wise’s two-piece ones. If you think animal and graphic print do not go well together, think again and check out Mara Hoffman Swim 2015 collection. Finally, designers featured a host of absolutely to die for mix and match swimsuits. We especially like a beautiful light blue top with neck detail and nude bottoms from Luli Fama Swim 2015 collection.

Playsuit

 

The combination of chic and practicality, we do not think twice when we say that playsuits are the best beach essentials of summer 2015. Whether you wear them as a beach cover-up or as the casual piece during romantic long beach walks or as a favourite during night beach parties, playsuits are the latest thing in fashion. Choose a floral or tribal print playsuit as a trendy cover-up. During evening coastal walks, a dashing playsuit with cut-out back is the perfect choice. We definitely recommend an elegant lilac playsuit with lace hem for night beach parties. Wear all-white ensemble and pair a white playsuit with white sandals.

Maxis

 

Whether we talk about maxi dresses or maxi skirts, being effortlessly chic is not difficult if you opt for these stylish pieces. If you love wearing maxi skirts as a beach cover-up, make sure you try out the maxi skirt and crop top combination. Is there anything more beautiful than opting for boho chic at beach? Keep up with the latest fashion with a white lace maxi skirts and a fringe bikini top. Bikinis with mesh details are the thing this season, but what do you think about a mesh maxi skirt? Do not forget maxi dresses. Black striped dress with neutral top is adorable. You can’t go wrong with a floral maxi dress. When we think of more formal wear, incorporate a beige or white maxi dress to your party outfit with your favourite monochromatic heels.

Accessories

 

There is never enough accessories. So we have chosen some voguish must-haves. For summer 2015, fedora and panama hats are indispensable to anyone interested in fashion. Floral wedges are an excellent option as they can take you from day to night. Striped espadrille flats are definitely our favourites this summer. Travelling to an exotic destination? A tribal print cross body purse is certainly not to be missed. A nautical-inspired striped tote bag with leather accents is a practical accessory you can wear on and off the beach. We love clutches but straw clutches are absolutely gorgeous. You are never fully dressed for beach without sunglasses. Keep jewellery at minimum with gorgeous embellished sunglasses. Studded cat-eye sunglasses or floral round ones: take a pick.
