Day 6. The Travelling Pixie in Copenhagen.
Rosenborg Palace
Kept as a gallery of the crown’s relics, Rosenborg Palace displays various antiques from the House of Glucksburg.
Amelienborg Palace Museum
The Amelienborg Palace is the home to Queen Margrethe II of Denmark, the Crown Prince and his wife. One of the wings of the Palace has been set as the Palace Museum. Differing from the gallery-nature of the Rosenborg Palace, the Amelienborg Palace Museum displays each individual room as it would have been decorated by the royalty living there. Rather than a compilation of the crown’s relics, each individual room comprises of different decorations, suited for each royalty’s taste.
Ferry
We took the ferry using the Copenhagen Card to Christianshavn.

Our Saviour’s Church: The Spire
The Church was located approximately a 10 minute walk away from the ferry harbour. It is free to enter the Church. However, it is 30 Kr to go up the Spire, with the Copenhagen Card, it is free of charge.
Blue Planet Aquarium
Our last destination of the day was the Blue Planet Aquarium. Located 5 minutes away from the Kastrup Station, the Blue Planet Aquarium is a fun place for children and adults alike. We arrived around 5 and it closes at 21:00 on Mondays. We had plenty of time to look around, it took us about 2 hours to go through the whole aquarium.
