The Travelling Pixie in Hong Kong
Ocean Terminal; Tsim Sha Tsui
All-You-Can-Eat Dinner @ MouMouClub
So I’m finally back from the business trip with dad in Malaysia – and hopefully I’ll have an idea of how to write a blog on that soon! Anyways, I went to Ocean Terminal today, a mall linked to Habour City located in Tsim Sha Tsui. In the LCX section of Ocean Terminal, there is a Japanese Shabu Shabu all-you-can-eat restaurant called MouMouClub. I’ve heard my friends talking about it for quite some time, but I haven’t gotten round to trying it, so we’ve decided to queue today.
For a start, the queue was too long, we queued for approximately 1 hour. When we were finally allocated a table, we were allowed 90 minutes (1.5 hours) for the all-you-can-eat session, and we were given five choices (the price ranges from approx HKD160 – HKD400) based on the quality of beef/meat, and up to two choices for the soup base (out of a total of six choices). Ice-cream and drinks are inclusive to the set
We chose the third set, which is HKD238 per person, inclusive of drinks and ice-cream. The food was alright, and it was super filling. 90 minutes is definitely enough for us to leave with a bloated belly, so I’d say that this restaurant is a good option if you’re looking for a not-too-pricey dinner in Ocean Terminal after a day of shopping.
