As you all probably know, I’m a huge fan of shisha ;)  But for those who aren’t aware, click here to see the reason why: Shillax.  Anyways, I was back in Hong Kong for the Christmas holidays and what’s better than to go out with a bestie *winkwink* for a long overdue shisha catchup session?

So we met up in the Central MTR station and decided to walk up to Soho together to try the infamous BobaBear that seems to be all the hype right now – only to find it closed :(  Slightly disappointed yet determined to go for shisha, we decided to walk to LanKwaiFong where Toby has a recommendation just off the main LKF slope.

We arrived at Ilan, and to my surprise, this tiny bar’s decor looks absolutely breathtaking!  Not only that, but the shisha is not bad either!  The only thing is that its a little too cozy, but if you’re looking for a simple bar to spend Friday night with a couple of close friends, its definitely the place for you!
